As an interdisciplinary team, we are constantly on the lookout for innovations. We are searching for energy and mobility solutions for the future by means of partnerships and cooperation agreements. And finding them.
Our mission
As the in-house innovation laboratory of Energie 360, we focus on the future. Our mission is to explore and develop new products, services and business models. We drive innovation with a pioneering spirit and lead the way for Energie 360°. Our guiding principle is: “We are transforming our company and will supply exclusively renewable energy by 2040.” Our goal is to always maximise the benefits for our customers. To achieve this, we rely on dialogue and productive collaboration – both internally and externally.

lab360 is doing vital work in line with our guiding principle: 100% renewable energies by 2040. Energie 360° benefits from the innovative strength of the in-house lab, while lab360 in turn can share the expertise of the company’s various divisions.

Our way of working
“Always in association with others – never alone”. We recognise potential for innovation in a targeted manner and develop it into specific solutions that we bring to market. To do so, we work in short cycles. There is always an initial “ideation” phase when we try and come up with ideas. The potential of an idea is evaluated according to various parameters. We then develop the most promising ideas based on the “OKR method” (Objectives and Key Results). Every idea is geared towards an identified customer benefit and is designed around our guiding principle. After each cycle, the team reflects on the project – this is how we ensure that we continue to move forward and never stand still.

Michèle George
Michèle is the team leader of lab360 and our “advocata diaboli”. Curiosity is part of her DNA. She knows how to network knowledge and knowledge holders, and how to drive innovation.
Corinne Häberling
Corinne is an expert on the decentralised energy world of the future. As a systems thinker, she sees the big picture, and challenges existing thought patterns.
Christine Zeller
Christine is our communications expert. With her ability to build bridges, she takes internal and external stakeholders on a journey into the future of renewable energy and mobility.
Meret Boggiano
Meret is our experience and interaction designer. She is passionate about making complex relationships easy to grasp.
Nic Repond
Nic is our CO2 expert. As an engineer with start-up experience, he puts research into practice.
Julia Boysen
Julia is our mobility and digitalisation expert. She is a definite optimist and always manages to organise interdisciplinary teamwork in such a way that it bears fruit.
Floris Bikle
Floris is our expert in sustainable, renewable energy solutions. He gets everybody on board thanks to his enthusiasm for the visionary energy world of tomorrow.
Working towards the energy transition with innovative strength
We are in the midst of one of the greatest global challenges of modern times. There is no alternative to the energy transition, and it requires innovative strength from all of us.
We address issues such as the decentralised, electrified energy and mobility system of the future, storage solutions, the mobility revolution and sustainable energy sources. We are determined to help our customers to successfully manage the energy transition. To do so, we form partnerships, look at things through the fresh eyes of forward-looking start-ups, and develop solution-orientated energy concepts.
